We started Cassidy in swim lessons at the local JCC. It's not going so well. She says (and signs) "all done" the entire half hour. Ugh. Today was week three and it's not getting any easier. Any words of wisdom?

maybe you just have to wait. my sister in law tried it with the youngest (now 3) when she was that age, and she hated it! now that she's older, she's going again and loves it!
