This past weekend was the Life is Good Festival in Canton, MA. Shaun and Alissa came down to join us and thank goodness they did! I'm not sure how on earth you manage a music festival with two kids without extra help. The festival (or festibull according to Cassidy) was
fantastic. Everything was amazingly well run, from the parking to the port-o-potties. Not only did they have an incredible line up on the main stage, but an awesome kid's stage. Pretty much all of my pictures are from the kid's stage, but I promise we didn't spend the
entire day there. In fact, Cassidy probably had the most fun dancing, running in circles, and attempting the hoola hoop at our blankets. It was super clean, the food was awesome, and there was a ton of cool activities taking place wherever you turned. On the main stage we saw The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Martin Sexton, The Hold Steady, Michael Franti and Spearhead, and The Avett Brothers. On the kid's stage it was Keller Williams, The Laurie Berkner Band, and The Imagination Movers. Yeah, it was a pretty great day.

Cassidy and her friend from the neighboring blanket. Like the coconuts?
yes, that's a flamingo on Cassidy's head, we may be in trouble in the not too distant future...
The Laurie Berkner Band
During this song Laurie sings about getting older. Cassidy kept yelling "I'm going to be three years old, Laurie Berkner! I'm going to be three years old, Laurie Berkner!" So sweet.

The Imagination Movers, I'm not sure who was more star struck, Cassidy or I! I will never forget the look on her face when they came out.
Look how close we were! The blurry lady in the front was the hearing impaired interpreter.
Brian's highlight of the day: meeting Keller Williams!
Michael Franti coming down into the crowd.
This is what concerts with kids looks like...
Yup, that's TWO strollers. How things have changed!
