I'm going back to school! For free! My school district applied for a grant that is going to allow the members of my department to enroll in RISD's certificate program starting this spring. This is something I've been thinking about doing for awhile, then it just kind of fell in my lap a few weeks ago. I am so so so excited! I've decided to enroll in the Graphic Design certificate and was even able to waive a few of the foundation level classes. It will probably be pretty difficult working full time and going to class twice a week, but I'm hoping this will open a few doors for me along the way. I really have Brian to thank as well, since he's going to have to be Mr. Mom on Monday and Wednesday nights. Woot!

Brian can definitely handle it...John does it every Tuesday night! You can definitely handle it too, because I can handle it and you are way better at this sort of thing than I am!
That's awesome! You're right; it is pretty difficult working full time and going to class two nights a week, but I agree: you can do it!
