while waiting around, we used to opportunity to take a few pics
Next, we made our way to the other side of the island so Shaun could get on a boat to go snorkeling while we spent some time on the beach. Cassidy had a great time and proved yet once again the girl has no fear. She pretty much charmed the entire beach!
ask Brian about this pic, I dare you
Thursday night was our date night, so we took off downtown once again. Brian and I enjoyed some music at Sloppy Joe's, a walk around Duval, and had dinner at Fogarty's. Have I mentioned yet that we had amazing weather? High 70's and low 80's every day?
Barry Cuda and the Sharks
Friday Shaun and Alissa went to the Coast Guard Museum while Brian and I stayed home with Cassidy. Her lack of sleep had definitely taken its toll by then and let's just say she wasn't a whole lot of fun to be around. So... we took another bike ride over to Geiger and had lunch. The waitresses think she's the greatest and even gave her a little flower.
When we returned home I put her straight to bed. She was quiet within seconds and when I went to check on her, this what I found...
We spent our last evening at the famous Mallory Square to watch the sunset. This guy's my favorite and has been there as long as I can remember.
We had one last meal at the Schooner Wharf and made our way back home for an early departure Saturday morning. Although I had my doubts, we made our flight with perfect timing. Cassidy only slept for maybe 15 minutes in the airport and was wide awake the entire plane ride. Oh well. She's making up for the lack of sleep today!
Overall, the trip was awesome. We had incredible weather and we got to do everything we hoped to. Now we just need a vacation to rest up from our vacation! Thanks for everything Shaun and Alissa!

Those are all great pictures! I miss photography in the sun! I can't wait for it to be 70's and 80's here. It looks like you guys had an awesome time, and AJ, you are a hot pregnant mama, sisterfriend!
