three crazy mamas

I am very lucky to have amazing friends in my life. Two of them, TIffany and Mel, are integral parts of my Rhode Island family. We met in grad school at RISD and have been inseparable ever since. We've traveled the world multiple times together (China, Tibet, France, Italy, Greece, and Turkey) and climbed many mountains both physically and metaphorically. This year has, and will continue to be, a very big year for each of us, so we decided to do what we do best and climb yet another mountain together. Tiff and I left the babies with their daddies (who had their own adventure) and drove up to Mount Monadnock in New Hampshire. It was a gorgeous fall day and the mountain provided just enough challenge that we truly felt we had conquered something big. I love these ladies!
