So, the "2011 Summer List" is AWESOME. We've been steadily checking things off as the days of summer pass by. It's great because it really keeps us motivated to do fun and exciting things around here. Last Friday, we invited the Belangers over in an attempt to cross two items off the list: make homemade pizza and host a movie night. There's only one picture of pizza making because, well, that's as far as they got before they wanted to play outside. Fine, I made the pizza, but I still checked it off.
Next was the movie, Peter Pan! Joe made homemade popcorn and the kiddos watched about half of it before the cupcake sugar high kicked in and we had two shrieking, crazy monkeys running around the house. Either way, we had a really fun night and can't wait till the Belangers move back next door next month!
