Back in January Tiffany and I decided to sign up to run a 5K. This was quite the intimidating feat considering I haven't ran a single step since before I became pregnant with Cassidy. But, we worked hard over the past seven weeks and today was the big day. We were AWESOME! Seriously, I am so so proud of what we accomplished and although we didn't set any world records, we finished the entire race without ever stopping. Woooohoooooo!

Good for you! I am contemplating doing the Susan G. Komen 5k next month...if I can find someone to do it with me, and if I actually follow through!
